Degree in Gastronomy UCAM organizes a workshop on Mediterranean products (15/04/2015)

For the second year, the Workshop 'Entre Chefs' will be held.

The activities to be developed at the Center for Tourism Qualification Murcia (CCT), are framed in studies of Gastronomy in the UCAM and gather chef as Freddy Salmerón of The Study of Ana, Juan Antonio Garcia of El Restaurante The Churra or Miquel Ruiz de El Baret Miquel.

In addition, there will be attended by various institutes of FP from Almería, Albacete, Cheste or Fleet (Murcia).

On this occasion, will José Usero, belonging to IES Almeraya (Almería), who imparted the conference and practical workshop 'Almeria Cuisines: sea and land'.

During the demonstration, which will take place in the CCT, the chef will prepare dishes like 'cheese melted Almería dry tomato raf', 'rooster pedro crunchy garlic soup, tomato jam and eggs',' Brill mousse filling thumbscrews gurullos on bed with sepia ',' lasagna Almería sea bass with vegetables' or 'mosaic pineapple ice cream aloe vera'.

On the other hand, students from IES Apprentice Town Benidorm will be invited to this master-class and show-cooking.
