The project, negotiated with the educational community center, with an investment of 1.8 million euros, and allow to provide this public school in a new pavilion and improve its facilities for a more optimal development of teaching.
The new facilities will be integrated with existing and be built on a plot of 11,000 square meters, of which occupy 8,000, the rest reserved for future needs.
All rooms will give a unique courtyard, which facilitates the care and attention of students by teachers.
The center will have four main interrelated buildings, which will be happening and creating outdoor covered porches to pool the set, creating a common central space.
The pavilion will consist of 12 classrooms, each two of which are en suite.
Also have a library, a classroom pedagogy and speech and hearing, and other multipurpose.
It will also feature a dining room, which is to close the central courtyard of the pavilion.
Furthermore, the design of the pavilion allow adequate natural ventilation, and orientation allows good control and use of natural light, resulting in eco-efficiency and comfort for the development of educational activity.
The secretary general of the Ministry of Education, Culture and Universities, Manuel Marcos Sánchez said that "this expansion is in response to the demands of families and teachers, and educational needs in the hamlet of Murcia and nearby Guadalupe, where in recent years has experienced a population growth of children.
