FOUNDATION JESUS ​​ABANDONED MURCIA: MORE THAN BED AND FOOD.
The Board Jesus Forsaken de Murcia Foundation together with the Hospitaller Order of Saint John of God Province Aragon-San Rafael, has been working with the group of homeless and at risk of exclusion since 1988. In 2014 were distributed among 322 940 Food services Social Dining Room and Dining Center Extended Stay.
Moreover 13,998 people used the service ropería and 9,967 service showers.
A previous data must be added to the work the Foundation developed to go beyond the basic requirements for board and lodging of a homeless person, other resources and social integration services such as: psychosocial recovery, recruitment and training for labor integration, support for independent living (with semitutelados homes, supportive housing and social pension), health care, counseling and awareness among others.
The fundamental objective of providing comprehensive care for people served by encouraging the process of autonomy and social integration.
