The Governing Board of the City of Murcia has given the green light this week to award the construction of a new multipurpose center in the hamlet of Murcia Avileses.
The total value of the works will be 459,800 euros and will be made to accommodate space for administrative, cultural and sporting use.
According to forecasts, the period of execution of the works will be eight months.
The new building will occupy a total area of ​​1,917 square meters, on a plot next to CEIP Avileses.
It will rise on one floor and will have a large multipurpose room of 1,541 square meters, with mobile stage and stands - 250 people- to be used as hall and as a sports space.
You also have to scroll panes to adapt the space according to the needs.
Two dressing rooms and four-changing adapted toilets will be built.
This great hall permitted to celebrate the major festive and cultural activities organized in the village.
In the same building two classrooms, with a stage, which can be used as intermediate acts hall for events with lower attendances and four offices will be built.
This equipment is attached to municipal centers and sports facilities of Campo de Murcia, with the aim of providing quality facilities and best services.
