The Mayor, Miguel Angel House, thanked Murcia entrepreneurs Juan García and Juan Lax Lax bet they have done for the purchase and renovation of Hotel Siete Coronas, whose remodeling project was presented this morning in a ceremony also was attended by the Minister Juan Carlos Ruiz.
The new owners of the property, which aims to return to "reference and meeting point of Murcia," will make an investment of 25 million euros in reform, for which there must be closed at any time settlement.
Most of the works will be conducted in summer and is expected to be completed for the Christmas season.
As explained in the presentation Juan Lax and Pilar Durán, after reopening the Hotel Siete Coronas maintain the same capacity -156 rooms- and a 4 stars superior.
