The XVI Festival Murcia Tres Culturas begin on May 4 and will have as guest to Poland.
Two shows are scheduled custom Murcia promoted with other dance artists and produced by Teatro Circo Murcia with artists alike in the region.
Cycles dance, Three Cultures of Children Concert for Tolerance, Cycle of St. Teresa of Jesus and Youth Space will be held.
The month of May will bring Murcia Murcia Three Cultures International Festival, which filled with music, dance, film, seminars and various exhibitions enclosed spaces and streets and squares.
The event, created in 2000, becomes the most prominent public spaces in the city agora, in public places which brings artists from different disciplines from around the world will be given every year.
Between 4 and May 23, Murcia will cradle of artistic events that promote respect between peoples and cultures through art and knowledge.
The complete program was presented this morning by the Mayor, Miguel Angel House, accompanied by the artist Nono García, author of the poster, Alfonso Riera, head of music and dance festival, and Rafael Gómez, Councillor for Culture.
The painter Murcia Nono García is the author of the work that illustrates the poster XVI International Festival for Tolerance Murcia Three Cultures, which was based on the three cultures that lived in -musulmana, Christian and judía- Murcia to place the cypress, olive and palm "looking at a lonely horizon, wanting to reflect well on the need for all cultures, without distinction of race or beliefs, remaining attached to these very troubled times" in the words of the artist.
The program of music and dance of this edition is clear objectives internationalization, consolidation of the young and young audiences, the mix of young talents and established artists, ease of dissemination and the premiere of two shows produced totally custom Murcia and our region, besides dance show produced by the Teatro Circo Murcia Murcia artists also artists.
The event, characterized by the free nature of its activities, is organized by the city of Murcia, and this year is sponsored Cajamurcia Foundation, the multimedia group Truth, and the collaboration of Iberdrola, El Corte Ingles, University of Murcia and Estrella Levante.

The artistic proposals are presented in various musical cycles or thematic sections: Dance cycle, Three Cultures of Children Concert for Tolerance, Cycle of St. Teresa of Jesus (joining the festival to celebrate the commemoration of the 5th centenary of the birth of holy and mystical thinker) and Youth Space.
Two historical commemorations will be present in this edition.
On the one hand, holding the acts of the V Centenary of St. Teresa of Jesus, which joins the festival with the premiere of "Dwellings jondo", which will open the music section in the Romea Theatre.
Furthermore, Murcia will enjoy the premiere of the show "The Travels of Ibn Arabi", whose birth 850 years are met.
The Festival this year will occupy much of the city, using spaces as places: Julian Romea, Europe, Apostles and Santo Domingo, Basabé Street, the Senate of the University, the Wall Veronicas, La Puerta Falsa, the Patio Museum Santa Clara la Real, the Musik Hall, Terrace Space Molinos del Rio Stables or Romea Theatre.
In addition, the music space dedicated to younger audience will be located in University Square.
For its part, the main facade of the Cathedral in the Plaza Belluga, will be the ideal setting for opening and closing concert of the Festival.
This sixteenth edition will have as guest with Poland, which block specific artistic offerings will be dedicated.
State emblematic of Western, European and Christian culture, Murcia bring artists from this country or who live with their culture elsewhere.
A year be held for Tolerance Festival or Feast of the Three Cultures since 2008 offers concerts throughout the whole day for different audiences, coinciding with the closing of the festival, on Saturday, May 23.
For this edition of 2015 the participation of artists from many countries is planned: Spain, Portugal, Guinea, USA, Israel, Holland, Syria, Greece, Turkey, Poland, India, France, Bulgaria, UK, Niger, Senegal and Germany, acting on charismatic streets and squares of the city.
In their performances will be presented from the purest forms of traditions and referrals to participating countries to mergers and latest trends, Sephardic, jazz, church music, Balkan, Indian classical, Andalusian, gospel, klezmer, pop, African, Flamenco , folk, blues, polyphony, etc ..
Besides the activities of music and dance, Murcia Three Cultures International Festival will include in its program another series of cultural activities such as exhibitions, lectures, symposia, lectures and film screenings, plus a symposium organized by the University of Murcia.
