The Department of Economy and Finance of the City of Murcia, directed Isabel Martinez Conesa, has implemented the new Supplier Portal, a platform with which the Council aims to improve communication with companies working with local government.
It is a tool that is available to providers in order to provide an easier, faster and cheaper service, while increasing transparency and information management.
Through the new portal, and without leaving their workplace, companies working with the City will always know the status of processing of your bill, change your personal and banking data and query models 190 and 347 of the AEAT.
In addition, the city of Murcia is ready to receive Electronic Invoices, through face Portal.
While electronic invoice is voluntary for those worth less than 5,000 euros and for providers who are individuals, their use is recommended for everyone, since it will reduce the average payment period by automatically reach the responsible approval.
To ensure successful implementation of these tools, the "Supplier Portal" and "Electronic Invoice Register" designed to improve service providers, the Department expects to have the cooperation of as many companies as possible, and encourages them to submit their invoices electronically and to register with the Supplier Portal.

Moreover, with the aim of providing all possible information, the Department of Finance has organized an information day for businesses working with the city of Murcia to offer all necessary information on the operation of Supplier Portal and electronic billing.
The conference will take place on Tuesday, March 24, at 12:00 pm in the Auditorium Bldg. Murcia City Hall Annex Building (Moneo), located in Plaza del Cardenal Belluga.
