Floridablanca garden today hosts six cypresses |
The Garden of El Malecón will count in a week with a system of underground drip irrigation, because operators of the Department of Environment have begun work to bury 9,000 meters rubber garden flowerbeds.
The works, which have started this morning and will continue until next week, will be performed in all garden beds Malecon to the central plaza.
In addition to bury the drip irrigation system, the Department will plant a total of 5,700 plants of different species: felicia, snapdragons, daisies (red, white, yellow and pink), joys of home and silenes.
The arrangement of plants in the flower beds will be attending to different geometric shapes to make it more attractive.
These works also joined the lawn overseeding.
Moreover, this morning has also occurred planting a total of six cypresses in the garden of Floridablanca.
These trees are planted in areas that were previously occupied by palm trees, which had to be removed because it had dried.
