Open call the Campus Summer Science for secondary school students (12/03/2015)

The deadline for submitting applications to the Summer Science Campus, an initiative of the Spanish Government to promote scientific vocations among young people, will be open until March 20.

For the Summer Science Campus eligible students first quarter of ESO and Bachillerato from around the country who come into direct contact with the daily work of university researchers.

The program also includes cultural scientist leisure activities such as conferences and visits to museums, and other sports and musical character.

The University of Murcia, under the supervision of Professor Rosa Maria Ros and collaboration of the Campus of Excellence Mare Nostrum, participate in the projects: "H20: a special molecule", "Biotechnology", "Research in physics in everyday surroundings "and" Scientific solving crimes: the importance of forensic science ".

The campus, to be held from June 28 to July 25 in four shifts seven days, is an initiative of the Spanish Foundation for Science and Technology and the Ministry of Education, sponsored by "la Caixa". Social Work
