The YAK 42 lands on stage THEATER CIRCUS to thrill with memories of "62" and their families (03/03/2015)

After many performances in different parts of the Spanish geography, stage creation of Reuben Pleguezuelos and Cristina Aniorte (both graduates at the School of Dramatic Arts in Murcia) arrives at the Teatro Circo de Murcia.

And it does so as always to remember, lest we forget one of the darkest events in our recent history, but especially to honor "our 62", who died in an accident that could have been avoided with a little sanity.

The YAK 42 accident took place on May 26, 2003. In it, killed 62 Spanish soldiers who returned to Spain after months of missions in Afghanistan.

But almost 12 years later, still has not been answered many of the questions that surrounded this case.

Why the 14 complaints before the accident more about the condition of the aircraft is disregarded?

Where are the contracts of the 40 flights of the subcontractor?

Where are the nearly 5 million? Why did not the DNA tests were performed and chose NOT IDENTIFY 30 of the 62 bodies? Why the family was mistreated, with coercion, pressure, lies?

Why was pressed to jucidiales authorities not to admit certain evidence or certain witnesses? Why is pardon those convicted for IDs?

Yak42 DO NOT RE-KNOW not have realistically what happened.

We enter into the feelings, ideas, and emotions that surround this case.

A tough, intense and yet poetic interpretation empathize with some of its most raw emotions.

Making the viewer feel from the illusion that military eager to return home to the impotence of the mother providing the body of an unknown or indignation and struggle of a woman who not only stolen love, but which also attempt to steal dignity.

A documentary dyes contemporary tragedy in which three actors give life to a total of nine characters.

Family, responsible, victims and even Turkey, shared the stage in a very intense scenes with emotionally charged, in which poetry and hardness share the limelight.

The relationship with the family.

From the outset the Association of Relatives of YAK42 has collaborated with the work that was released in acts of Homage X Aniversario.Y if there is one word that defines the response of families that is: Gratitude.

After the premiere, held as one of the acts that had been organized in Zaragoza to commemorate the tenth anniversary, Alfonso Agulló Canda, president of the Association said "it is a work emerged from a rigorous and excellent job of documentation and prior information translated a dramatic language that take the viewer to feel the military who died in the plane who did not want to climb; to live the pain of a mother who after delivering a son of country, political representatives deprive him forever retrieve his body ...; the drama of a wife who excited the day of the arrival of his partner received the worst news of her life that will never come ...; and echoes the general feeling of the Association was made with these words: "Thanks Ruben and Cristina for remember 62. I am convinced that where are representing 62 shall stand with you and feel proud of having defended a country with citizens like you to know that the most fitting tribute is the humble, hard truth ... that you strive to represent you. "

On the other hand, Yolanda Vegas, sister of one of the victims wrote: ". Have perfectly understood our experience, our experience, our pain and have managed to stage our feelings ALL" And especially, that it seems to me the most difficult to represent: IMPOTENCE (...) If I had to define the work with one word, it would EMPATHY.
