The Infanta Cristina Bacons Bridge school has won the "First Prize of school gardens in the region," which have promoted the University of Murcia, the Council of Organic Agriculture and Agroecology Network and Eco Region.

The second award went to the project of St. Pius X School of Murcia, while the second prize was awarded to the Institute Rambla de Puerto Lumbreras Nogalte.

The ceremony was held in the House of Arts, attended, among others, Deputy Secretary General of the University of Murcia, María del Carmen López Aniorte;

the general director of Educational Quality, Innovation and Attention to Diversity, Begoña Iniesta, and Professor of Biology José María Egea.

The initiative also has the support of Healthy Living Association and the Triodos Foundation.
