Francisco Roca, CEO of the ACB, among the course lecturers
The Sports Management Institute LFP-UCAM, coordinated by the Professional Football League and the Catholic University San Antonio, has launched the first edition of the Master in 'Sports Managament MBA'.
This is the English version of the Master in Management and Administration of Sports Entities and offers the UCAM Murcia years.
This English program has students from ten countries: China, Ukraine, Kyrgyzstan, Nepal, Croatia, Germany, UK, Egypt, Indonesia and Spain.
One of the strengths of this master is additional training that takes place in October in Dubai, Doha and Abu Dhabi.
In these destinations you will find some of the most innovative sports facilities in the world and they explain how each one of them to put into practice what they have learned during the course.
The Circuit of Abu Dhabi, Ferrari City or Khalifa International Tennis Complex are some of the facilities scheduled during the visit.
Students also learn the most important facilities and sports complexes in Madrid and Murcia, as the Santiago Bernabéu Stadium, home to the Spanish Olympic Committee and the Palacio de los Deportes de Murcia.
During these visits, students will learn managers and practitioners of these facilities and maintain working meetings to see first hand the work being done in each.
We also noticed the teachers in this program because it has professionals internationally renowned as Francisco Roca, CEO of the ACB;
Vicente Casado, director of Marketing of Málaga CF;
or Eskurza Borja, director of Marketing of LFP World Challenge.
There is a very important practical part in the realization of master and students cooperate in organizing sports events and also have to organize a charity event.
