The municipalities in the region, through the Federation of Municipalities, work on the development of the white paper construction lines to set proper operation and good practices in the sector.
To this end, the Mayor of Murcia and FMRM president, Miguel Angel House, has signed this morning the general protocol governing it.
The agreement is signed also by the Ministry of Development, Public Works and Planning, official associations of architects, surveyors and civil engineers and industrial UPCT, UCAM, developers, construction companies, property managers and agents of real estate.
The participation of all stakeholders in the construction aims to establish a general framework to propose measures and codes of practice to get a building quality, affordable, sustainable environmental and urban and stability required by the sector.
