Corvera neighbors have today the opportunity to play soccer in a renovated farmhouse endowed with artificial turf.
The Mayor of Murcia, Miguel Angel House, this morning attended his inauguration, which have gathered many residents of the hamlet and members of the football clubs of the town and different municipalities, because during the morning has held an inaugural tournament in which more than 250 children.
Corvera has two clubs, the Athletic Corvera and Corvereño, which from now on will play their matches and even make your workouts on a deeply renovated football field.
Works to improve the facility have required an investment of 170,000 euros, funded by the Department of Campo de Murcia.
In addition to placing new flooring, intervention has also included the complete renovation of the irrigation and drainage, these made by the Sports Council.
The project is part of the comprehensive plan developed by the City to improve and modernize the municipal public facilities in neighborhoods and districts.
