On Friday begins training on responsible ownership of dogs in the town of Murcia (18/02/2015)

Every weekend activities will be in one of the canine areas of the municipality of Murcia |

With the aim of providing citizens with dogs all the information and tools necessary for proper integration and responsible ownership, the Department of Environment, who runs Adela Martinez-Cache, launches and education and training

Next February 20, in the auditorium of City Hall Annex building, at 19 am, will the theoretical talk to all interested persons.

The format would be open and participatory, giving attendees the opportunity to raise questions, concerns and other issues in a round at the end of the paper.

Veterinary Topics content will be treated by a licensed veterinarian with extensive experience.

The turnout for the theoretical part can be quite flexible depending on demand assistants and capacity of the room or hall used, which is 140 people.

Moreover, the practice would attendees attend a boarding area with their dogs and once there apply the theoretical managing situations arising between dogs and guiding each person on how to act in relation to attitudes observed in each dog, standing over a period of about an hour in the canine area.

Given that what is sought with the course is to learn to use a canine area everyday and looking for situations are treated as real as possible, the number of dogs who attend the lab should resemble as much as possible the number of dogs can find daily a canine area at a specific time and for a period of between 30 and 60 minutes.

The number of dogs may attend every practice class will be between 15 and 20 maximum.

A practical class in each of the canine designated areas will be conducted: Chinese Garden, Artillery Barracks, Garden Pier, Three Cups garden, Garden of Dogs (Fame), Garden of C / Rahman II, Garden in La Pool and garden in Santo Angel.

The objectives of these training courses are:

- Differentiation between parks / green areas, and specific dog areas.

- Use of canine areas.

- Keys to a successful coexistence.

- Differences between dog training and dog training.

- Canine Ethology.

- To educate your dog you should know your dog.

- Guidelines and general routines to be in an urban environment.

- Ideal responsible dog pose.

- Bylaw pets.

- Check the bush or field with my dog.

Factors to be taken into account.

- Bonds and veterinary recommendations for our dog.

- Information Guidelines aimed at people who do not own a dog and are interested in having one.
