Councilman Employment, Trade and Enterprise, José María Tortosa, has awarded the prizes to the winners of the first "CIM-Chair in Entrepreneurship at the University of Murcia" award.
The winners were Marta Martínez Gálvez and Ivan Garcia Torrecillas senior students of Degree in Marketing, with the guidance of Professor Pedro Juan Martín Castejón Department of Marketing and Market Research, has been proclaimed the winners of this award.
The award, organized by the Centre for Municipal Initiatives (CIM) of the city of Murcia and the Chair of Entrepreneurship at the University of Murcia, also offers two runners.
The project title is "Postharvest System.
Postharvest Diagnostic Systems ", and consists in creating a company that works in advising horticultural enterprises.
The aim is to identify possible pathologies and physiologies of its products through a group of specialized researchers in postharvest advice.
Continued guidance will also help to identify any problems that might arise from harvesting to marketing, avoiding losses for the company that can account for between 15 and 20% of total production.
