The main objective is the implementation of e-government platform of the City of Murcia, comprising the evolution of computing tool General Register, the integration of the electronic record, the catalog of procedures and the development of the electronic office and their maintenance.
This objective is justified by the urgent need to give the City of rigorous compliance with Law 11/2007 of 22 June, on Electronic Access to Public Services (LAECSP) enshrined as a right communication between citizens and Administrations by electronic means, while constitutes an obligation for Administrations in itself the means and electronic systems needed for that right can be exercised.
To fulfill specified in Law 11/2007, the general tasks to be addressed in this contract are:
Evolution of the implementation of Check-In / Out Documents available to the City to meet the specifications of 3.0 standard registration SICRES exchange and integration with document management and records manager.
Implementation of Electronic Register.
Development and implementation of electronic processing and file management.
Integration with other enterprise applications.
Tuning of the Electronic Office with the contents specified by the Ordinance of eGovernment.
Currently are expanding the object of the contract and technical specifications of the tender requirements for technical assistance, to incorporate a corporate solution for document management and electronic archiving, all for the implementation of e-government platform can be done with a global solution at an early stage to the fullest extent possible.
Computer software for the operation of e-government of the City of Murcia are financed two investment projects of the Government Office, a built project for the year 2013 amounting to 175,000 euros and other accounting year 2014 200,000 euros.
