The University of Murcia has been earmarked for Project Abraham association a total of 2,448 kg of clothing and footwear, collected among members of the university community during 2014.
The educational institution has four recycling containers on their campuses, the result of the collaboration agreement it has with this non-profit association dedicated to the management of non-hazardous waste such as clothing, footwear and toys.
Abraham Project, which collected more than 1,800 tons of material last year in the Region of Murcia, focused most of its efforts on reintegration of collective actions with a high degree of social exclusion.
