IU-Greens today addressed a letter to Councilman Sports City of Murcia, Miguel Cascales, for which he sought to clarify whether authorized holding promoted by private entities in the sports facilities of Ranero activities.
In its statement, Councilman Jose Ignacio Tornel, which has been echoed complaints from citizens, ask if the session Cascales gave the nod to be held at the facility the Summer Schools 2013 and 2014, as well as a tournament Football 7 in June last year.
Tornel was also interested in whether the council is aware of charging fees for enrollment in the Summer Schools, and economic conditions of the tournament, and the type of municipal procedure done about it, if they there was one.
The mayor said that their training has "indications" that the City could not have knowledge of these events in a facility of a public nature, of which a private company could have gotten profits.
In this regard, he recalled that a very similar case occurred in the village of Puebla de Soto, where "it was not clear who and what authorization" rented facilities to individuals.
In addition, Tornel has expressed "surprise" by the fact that the Municipal Board of Ranero is apparent from its powers on municipal facilities, despite the rules of Citizen Participation permitting, and that the City took these skills so direct.
