Appointed Professor at the University of Murcia José Carrión associate editor of the journal Review of Palaeobotany and Palynology (04/02/2015)

José Sebastián García Carrión, Professor of Plant Evolution at the University of Murcia, has been appointed associate editor of the prestigious journal internacionalReview of Palaeobotany and Palynology.

The appointment recognizes the success of this teacher with special volume on "Paleoflora Iberian" recently published in a refereed journal in paleobotany, paleoecology, paleogeography, historical biogeography and palynology.

Carrión sum so its third publishing panel also serves as editor in Quaternary Science Reviews and Journal of Arid Environments -, which places it as an international leader in a broad spectrum of scientific disciplines that deal with the science of the past and its corollaries in terms of human evolution, cultural change and conservation biology and climate change.
