- The ratio of Miguel Angel House with Labaqua which ends in November 2008 is public and therefore the presidency of the board of Aguas de Murcia (co-owner of Labaqua), which occupies precisely because Mayor of the city.

- Of course, all approved by the council, with this company, and all contracts have been signed under the current legislation on public procurement.
