The Board of Governors approved the Basic and execution project, developed by Urbamusa, the surface parking for public use in the City of Justice-1 will be ready for the month of March, a measure aimed at economically solve unmet needs for parking of vehicles in the vicinity of large centers of economic activity where many influx of users or workers are concentrated.

This is a plot of 2,295 sqm fully urbanized, adjacent access to the main building of the City of Justice, and will allow offering 100 seats.

The chosen location and design of parking meet certain minimum requirements that makes it suitable for the purpose intended:

-The Demand is virtually assured, given the shortage of places in the area.

-There Are other car parks in the vicinity with municipal concession or ORA areas with which they might enter into competition.

-The Area has road and pedestrian access and proximity to infrastructure networks necessary for the implementation of parking.

In fact, this aparacamiento is now a bus stop next to it in which it serves urban bus lines C1, C2, C3 and C4.

At first, the mode of operation of these facilities pose as a model with hourly rate (pay per minute parking).

The minutes will be 0,015 euros, time or time slot and maximum 0.90 euros day 18 euros, while the temporal monthly payment will be 65 euros per month.

Users will have access to the site by site collection or a coded magnetic card previously purchased ticket.

Regarding the procedures of works, whose budget is 62,170.30 euros, these will be developed in two phases: the first will be cleaned, leveled and Vallara the plot.

This measure is part of Sustainable Urban Mobility Plan of the municipality of Murcia which, at the initiative of the Department of Traffic and Transportation of the City of Murcia, entrusted to the public company Urbamusa the implementation, operation and management of four car parks public use: City of justice 2, La Arrixaca, Fuenteblanca and La Condomina.
