In just five years of operation, the Murcia School of Early Childhood -EMPI-, has managed to become a benchmark for children's education first cycle in the town.
The Mayor, Miguel Angel House, together with the Councillor for Education, Lola Sanchez, and the president and vice president of the Municipality of Santiago El Mayor, Pilar Balsalobre and Francisco Balsalobre, this morning visited the extensive facilities that comprise the -more center of 2,000 square meters construidos-, responding to the invitation of the director and coordinator, Elena Vélez and Beatriz Navarro, respectively.
150 children aged 3 years oy come every day EMPI, where they work and serve them 17 people.
In total, the school has 2 classrooms babies, 4 children 1 year and February 4 years plus a bilingual classroom late.
The educational service is complemented by numerous workshops, courses and healthy leisure activities organized by the Club EMPI for all ages.
Thus, among the variety of workshops offered is the stimulation, creativity and Mediterranean cuisine, while the activities of this course include yoga, theater, psychomotor or dance for children and pilates, zumba and childbirth preparation for adults .
All this is complemented by training for students and early childhood professionals.
