"Young people are increasingly aware that to compete with other European citizens its added value is the factor of creativity, to remain in the workplace, is not enough to have a career, a master's degree and speak English, it is noteworthy on their own, develop alternative thinking ", said the professor and coordinator of the III International Conference on Personal Development, Beatriz Peña, who have opened this morning at the Catholic University of Murcia and will continue during the day tomorrow, Wednesday.
The event, organized by the Research Group Personal Development, under the motto 'Towards an interactive and creative society', aim to disseminate the latest research on the development of individuals in various fields, including creativity and emotional wellbeing.
Furthermore, it is noteworthy that the act is framed in the activities organized by the International Doctorate School EIDUCAM.
Similarly, Peña has highlighted the role of emotional intelligence and the ability to work together as a common good in business.
