The Municipal Water and Sanitation of Murcia (EMUASA) collaborate with 5,000 euros in the activities of the Social Platform, Chair of CSR (Corporate Social Responsibility), University of Murcia.
The Platform, commented its director, Victor Meseguer, during the signing of the agreement that articulates the contribution, is a meeting place for people who need help, on the one hand and companies, administrations and citizens who are able and willing to help.
After the signing, the rector of the University, José Orihuela, and Emuasa manager, José Albaladejo, have highlighted the essential character of water and its strong social component.
The event, held at the Convalescence, the headquarters of the Rector of the University building, has also had the participation of honorary president of the Platform, Violante Thomas, who, like Meseguer, praised the work of Aguas de Murcia in terms of commitment and social responsibility.
They also attended by the Vice President for Transfer, Entrepreneurship and Employment, Francisca Thomas;
the director of the Department of RSC, Longinus Marin, and economic-financial director of Emuasa, Rafael Gómez.
