The Minister of Culture, Pedro Antonio Sánchez, together with the President of the Executive Committee of Salzillo Museum, Antonio Gómez-Fayren, and the owner of the exhibition, Angel Tomas inaugurated this evening at the Salzillo Museum the exhibition "Masterpieces of Painting Murcianos.

Angel Collection Thomas', a collection of 36 paintings by artists from Murcia nineteenth and early twentieth centuries, owned by Thomas Angel Foundation and will be on display from Tuesday until February.

This is a private collection boxes, small and careful selection of the many interesting works that holds Angel Thomas, referred to as a whole for the first time.

A collection that can be seen in the temporary exhibition hall of Salzillo Museum.

The Minister of Education, Culture and Universities, Pedro Antonio Sánchez, wanted to thank "the Thomas Martin effort by treasure this collection can now enjoy all Murcia family. The work of patronage and private collectors has been and is commendable towards art, our culture ".

The exhibition is curated by Maria Teresa Marín, director of the Museo Salzillo, who has selected masterpieces of painters who worked in Murcia Murcia Murcia or outside since the late seventeenth century to the early twentieth century.
