Fraudulent objects may have reached a value of € 6,000 on the market
Agents of the National Police have arrested a person suspected of an offense against intellectual property and have sanctioned another for a criminal offense against intellectual property.
District Police Station San Andrés, with the knowledge that within two import goods stores located in the district of San Andrés, you might be dealing in counterfeit goods, made last week a record in these premises.
Apparently, these fraudulent items, were offered to regular customers who came to the distribution point from different points of Murcia geography, connoisseurs of the large number of objects that could be purchased counterfeit marks in it.
The inspection performed a total of 113 counterfeit items, including clothing, sports shoes and mainly, of prestigious fashion brands found.
These garments may have reached market worth more than € 6,000 value.
At the time of such registration, the shops were run by a man of Moroccan origin, aged 48, helped by another man of the same nationality.
Both were engaged in serving the public and make sales finally confiscated items, so the agents proceeded to arrest responsible for the stores for a crime against intellectual property and punishing the companion of a criminal offense against industrial property .
The investigation was conducted by agents of the District Police Station San Andrés de la Police Headquarters of Murcia.
