The coupon ONCE next December 25 take the XXX Crafts Festival in the Region of Murcia to all cities and towns in Spain, promoting in this way, an event that has been taking place in the city of Murcia in the last 30 years without interruption, and which this year takes place from December 4 to January 5, Paseo de Alfonso X el Sabio de Murcia.

The presentation ceremony took place this morning at the Plenary Hall of the City of Murcia and has attended the Councillor for Employment, Trade and Enterprise, José María Tortosa;

the General Director of Consumer Affairs, Commerce and Handicrafts, Cobarro Ana Pérez;

Territorial delegate of ONCE in Murcia, Juan Carlos Giron Morejon Bascuñana;

and President of the Crafts Association of the Region of Murcia, Arcadio Hernández Campillo.

The craftsmanship is deeply rooted in the evolution of humans from their existence, and certainly the oldest creative and productive sector of humanity cultural event.

In it we find past, present and future in a modern and respectful society with its environment and history, a reflection of the idiosyncrasies of each people and culture.

Today, it remains a productive sector within the economic system and job creator, with deeply rooted rural environment, being more important than their productive contribution, his creativity, design, innovation ..., an essential element in promoting the Image of cultural identity of peoples and regions.

The application of traditional techniques in the development of activities for groups of people with disabilities becomes a positive and therapeutic factor for the rehabilitation of these, such as employment and social inclusion, developing psychomotor, cognitive, etc., already talk about people with intellectual disabilities, physical or mental illness;

something FUNDOSA and ONCE Foundation has supported throughout its history and where many artisans have had the opportunity to speak.

Law 1/2014 of March 13 Crafts of the Region of Murcia, recognizes this work in Article 3.3 thereof, defining this activity as "Social Crafts".
