The Municipal House has approved this morning the form of direct management of the public on the implementation and management of circus municipal parking area for public use by the company Urbanizadora Municipal.
Specifically these rates will affect new park and ride from City of Justice (2), La Arrixaca, Fuenteblanca (on Avenida Juan de Borbón) and Condomina.
These facilities promote intermodality because they are close to public transport and interconnected.
The intention is that drivers leave their private vehicle, at a reasonable price, in these suburban parking and access to the town center by public transport or on foot.
Thus, the hourly rate is EUR 0.90 hour (0.015 € / minute) (except in the Condomina).
Apart from this general time pricing, better tariffs proposed by certain time slots and subscriptions weekly, monthly and annual rate, all according to the location in question.
In the case of parking La Condomina, and since the facilities are or have been in use until recently, with some already known and assumed by user fees, and in direct competition with other nearby facilities, it is proposed not to alter these prices leaving the existing rates, which are basically the following:
- Monthly subscription seats 24 h: 85 € / month.
- Hourly rate: € 0.024 / minute (1.44 € / hour)
- Maximum day: 20 € / day
The generality of the proposed rates will find below the prices of private parking and somewhat above the ORA, because it is limited and guarded parking, with higher maintenance costs but more user services.
