Professor of Civil Law José Antonio Cobacho, rector of the University of Murcia between 2006 and 2014, today received the VII National Award "Heart Solidario" which calls the Murcia Transplant Association (ADEMTRA).
Cobacho received the prize of a sculpture by artist Salvador Susarte ciezano after reading his portrayal by the president of ADEMTRA, José Ángel Sánchez, and the projection of an audiovisual in his honor.
The ceremony has been led by the rector of the University of Murcia, José Orihuela, in the University Community Centre, on the campus of Espinardo.
The event also included the closure of the Symposium on Transplantation and Quality of Life, which has organized ADEMTRA in collaboration with the Vice President for Student Quality and Equality of educational institution.
