The Department of Works and Community Services, which runs Arce Jose Pallares, continues its project of upgrading and renovation of sidewalks and pavements in the districts of the municipality of Murcia.

Thus, the Governing Board of the City of Murcia has given the green light in recent days to draft implementing sidewalks and replacement of paving streets in various districts of Aljucer, Beniaján Espinardo, La Alberca, La Arboleja and Jarvalí New .

The total investments of the various projects is EUR 214,764.26.

The work to be performed are:

- Paving driveways in sections Horticultural Lane, cruise Rincón-Tites, lane Esparza Arboleja.

- Implementation of sidewalks on the road of Saint Catherine of Aljucer.

- Renewal of sidewalks on the road to San Javier and other Beniaján.

- Restore pavement sidewalks on the street Lt. Montesinos, even numbers (18 to 36) Espinardo.

- Cobblestone at Juan Bonafé and other La Alberca.

- Renewal of sidewalks on Torres Avenue New Javalí Cotillas.

The Governing Board also gave the green light to the award of the work of installation of antitheft system copper streetlights in several areas of the municipality of Murcia.
