The Socialist councilor Rosa Mar returns to echo many complaints from residents of neighborhoods and districts because the cleaning system of containers does not work.
The bad smell is constant - aggravated by high temperatures-and as containers are emptied but not as regularly scrub require liquid organic waste and some waste accumulate below them causing great discomfort.
This is not an isolated complaint says Rosa Mar, who maintains that "we have long been receiving complaints from many different parts of the neighboring municipalities showing their dissatisfaction with the cleaning service provided by the City through the concessionaire to all we pay 56 million per year that we continue to pay for twenty years.
In this sense and in what concerns the specific complaint today, the PSOE mayor recalled that, under the contract with Cespa, containers should scrub once every 15 days in summer and once a month during the rest of the year .
"Which is not fulfilled or a time or another," laments Rosa Sea.
According to the socialist mayor, this happens because the councilman Cleaning, Jose Ros, slope is not only having committed during this term that is monitoring the 56 million that are destined for this end are effective and that the whole town is clean, considering the millionaire mortgage in which the PP Chamber has gotten us.
