The importance of training in the preparation of professionals in the tourism sector has been highlighted by the chef Eva Hausmann during the conference that offered in the School of Tourism at the University of Murcia.
The speaker also stressed in his speech that has career opportunities restoration, and the relevance of gastronomic tourism in the image of Spain.
The conference was attended, among others, the director of the Institute of Tourism, Mariola Martinez;
the assistant principal, Luis Hernandez, and fellow teacher from the same school Baltasar Abellán.
