Councilman Juan Patricio Castro Socialist Group describes as "incredible" first responsible data provided by the Treasury, Isabel Martinez Conesa, in relation to the expected revenue for the PP La Glorieta future municipal budget.
Upload ICIO and surplus
"The figures provided by the mayor of Finance are not credible," reiterates Castro, because, he says, are again based on the brick, with significant rises ICIO Tax (Construction, Installation and Works) of up to 85%;
DEI and Tax Increment Value of Urban Land, known as goodwill, by 15%.
The same errors
By ICIO, the local government plans to raise more than 2,300,000 euros in 2014;
goodwill and two million euros.
"A implausible figures when the brick industry is nothing to brag; irresponsible when you consider that we are falling back into past mistakes," complains the PSOE mayor.
It also aims to enter 1 million more than in 2014 for the sale of municipal lots in full, something equally improbable economic crisis, according to Castro.
Rates rise and public prices
Also, Castro mentions another especially negative data.
And the House seeks to raise Government revenue, based on squeezing the pockets of citizens, by applying a 4.4% rise well above the CPI foreseen- rates, charges and other income by which the PP plans to enter 3 million euros compared to this year.
Therefore, the socialist mayor advises Martínez Conesa it feels to think that "their first forecasts are incredible and irrational and require an immediate change."
