In the last hours has been reported to the National Football League, the decision of the Administrative Court for Sport (CAS) adopted on Friday, October 3, in which the penalty imposed demotion to confirm Real Murcia CF
SAD Disciplinary Judge of the LFP, the 7th of August.
In its resolution, the TAD has agreed entirely dismiss the action brought by the legal representative of Real Murcia CF
SAD "against the decision of the Disciplinary Judge, handed down in the record number 2/2014/15 dated August 7, 2014" and that, among other sanctions imposed on that entity demotion as a result of their Repeated commission of very serious to the Bylaws of the LFP offenses and impose a fine amounting to 180,303, 63 euros.
The decision confirms that the performance of the disciplinary body of the LFP was at all times lawful, endorsing each and every one of the legal arguments used by the Disciplinary Judge of the National League in resolution, as well as legal representation LFP during the pendency of the appeal to CAS.
In this sense, the resolution rejects any and all of the arguments invoked by the Real Murcia CF
SAD, about the lack of subject matter jurisdiction and legitimacy of the LFP to initiate and prosecute the disciplinary proceedings and impose appropriate penalties to that entity, highlighting in particular the absence of violation of the non bis in idem.
