The Aula Magna of the Faculty of Veterinary Espinardo Campus will host the 9th and 10th of October the First Conference on Innovation in the food industry, which, on a national basis, organized by the National Association of Science and Food Technology (ANCYTA) in collaboration with the Department of Food Technology, Nutrition and Food Science, University of Murcia.
The workshops are sponsored by the University of Murcia, PULEVA and FEREMUR student association.
The sessions are led by professors from the Department of Food Technology, Nutrition and Food Science, Veterinary Faculty, Maria Belen Linares and Ana Belen Bautista, and "in the interest of the students to be informed on the developments made in the food industry. "
According to Professor Maria Belen Linares, "with the competition in the industry and demands of today's consumers, innovation is the only way to generate a competitive industrial base."
Attendees receive an official diploma signed by the Vice President and the Secretary General of the University of Murcia.
