The Governing Council has authorized the hiring of maintenance service buildings and facilities of the Hospital General Universitario Reina Sofía de Murcia, amounting to 1,333,158 euros.
The Ministry of Health and Social Policy, through Murciano Health Service, held the contract, which will run for two years.
Specifically, it is intended for maintenance, upkeep and repair of infrastructure and technical-legal, preventive and corrective maintenance and replacement of equipment for industrial production of cold, heat and electricity.
Maintenance also includes equipment hot water production and electricity distribution networks for water, electricity and air conditioning system in addition to firefighting and sanitation and wastewater reuse.
