A total of four programs and 40 projects are corporate balance tutoring programs conducted by the Center for Municipal Initiatives Murcia (CIM-M) of the Department of Employment, Trade and Business, led by José María Tortosa.
Tomorrow Friday, October 3, begins a new Business Mentoring Program hosted with companies (Energy Solutions, Auxiliary Services and Access Control, Intempus, Epic Creative, Social Media Aquere, Citrum Audivisual, and Andrea Conext Ataz).
The program will begin with three training workshops, four hours each, focusing on the strategic side, sales and financial.
The days are earmarked to implement the following:
On Friday, October 3, will be the strategy workshop (16 to 20 hours).
Will be given by Charles V. Knight.
Training will be used to present the software tool with which he goes to work.
On Monday the 6th workshop finance (16 to 20 hours) will be developed and will be taught by Javier Fernandez
For Wednesday, October 8, is expected to shop sales (also 16 to 20 hours) is developed, and will be taught by Enrique Casalins.
From the end of the workshops the individual tutoring phase will start.
The tutorizaciones be agreed between the company and tutor.
Each company has allocated two hours per tutor that can develop from a single session or in two sessions.
In total there will be six hours to work the areas of strategy, sales and finance.
The period provided for its development is four weeks (from 13 October to 6 November).
The days provided for development will be on Mondays, from 16 to 20 hours, and Thursday from 9 to 14 hours.
Each company agreed with the tutor conducting the sessions.
These sessions can be made at zero room, living creativity or the offices of the company.
The aim of the Training Programme Tutoring is to "accompany" the companies and help them realize their potential.
The program will last approximately one month duration during which we will work on the following aspects:
- Become aware of the current status of your projects from the strategic, commercial and financial terms.
- Project the best version of their own entrepreneurship.
- Definition and monitoring of the Action Plan for achieving the objectives.
Participants will:
- Getting to know your own initiative and be able to focus on developing their "difference value".
- Acquire the financial expertise required for developing a sustainable business over time.
- Awareness of the importance of sales to project success.
- Define a Business Plan
- Learn to use tool to enable them:
o Conduct an analysis of the competition.
or Create value innovation, reducing costs while you increase the value proposition for the customer.
o Use the SWOT analysis as a tool to achieve the objectives set.
Plasmar or your business model in a "visual" tool.
or able to make a financial track your initiative through key economic parameters.
o Develop Business Plan provisions.

The accompanying program companies is divided into two phases.
The first focuses on awareness of the current situation of the company's strengths and areas for improvement of the same.
The second phase focuses on the "projection" of the best version of entrepreneurship, based on the capabilities and motivations of the people who are part of the team developing the project.
To provide full support in the development of entrepreneurship will be counted with experts in Strategy, Finance and Business.
Training will face and will consist of training and sharing developed in group and individual sessions where you will work specifically sessions with each of the projects.
