House, who chairs the Committee on Local Farms and FEMP Funding, explained that the reform of the consolidated text of the Law on Real Estate Cadastre RDL 2/2004 of 5 November this will require in order to provide a comprehensive response to the situation presented in the light of the Supreme Court of 30 May 2014 establishing new criteria for classification and valuation undeveloped developable land.
The Mayor said that this reform will not have developed developable land cadastral valuation well below the currently valid with a decreased share of the resulting effect on IBI.
