During the 30 September and 1 October the second meeting of Electra Partners Project, a project funded by the European Union, which aims at establishing a system of rent or shared use of electric motorcycles environments takes place in Barcelona urban.
In total, part of the eleven project partners from 8 European countries, and in which the city of Murcia participates through the Local Agency for Energy and Climate Change Murcia (GER) and European Programmes Service.
The Electra (Electric City Transport) project was selected by the European Union for funding through the European Intelligent Energy Programme, and lasts for 2 and a half years (July 2013- December 2015).
In this second official meeting of a joint commissioning project in advancing the work of the different partners involved, new standards will be established and meet new specific actions for each city and will be held to exchange positions on how to enhance and stimulate the electric vehicle industry in our cities through the contribution of the Electra Project.
BCNecologia public entity which coordinates the Electra Project in Barcelona, ​​devoted a day of presentation and dissemination of the project called "Project Ele.C.Tra: electric mobility more sustainable mobility."
This is a good opportunity to bring together many of the companies and public and private entities in the development and growth of the electric motorcycle Barcelona.
The aim of this day is to promote the development of new alternative transport systems in urban environments and present the role of Electro Mobility in Barcelona in the context of sustainable mobility policies being developed in the city.
