The Mayor, Miguel Ángel Cámara, has today encouragement and closeness to the family of Diego Lopez, president of the Municipal Council of El Palmar for almost 14 years, who passed away yesterday due to cardiac arrest.
Chamber recalled that "gave his life to his people," both in his years as a teacher and later as head of the mayor of the village, where he worked with absolute dedication to solve the problems that every day were raised locally.
"Dialogue, good and quiet" person, Diego Lopez always "sought understanding among all", said Chamber of whom was from December 2000 Pedáneo Mayor and President of the Municipal Board of El Palmar.
"It's a major loss for his family first, but also for the city of Murcia and the hamlet of El Palmar and we will feel sorry for your loss," he added.
