Murcia is already in the RCE.
The Plenum of the Municipal Corporation of the City of Murcia this morning approved unanimously by the four political groups, adhering to the City Centre Network-Company RCE, developed by REDEL (Network of organizations for local development) and promoted by the Municipal Initiatives Center (CIM-M) under the Department of Employment, Trade and Business, led by José María Tortosa.
The project objective is to create a network of support centers for entrepreneurs;
so you can attach all Spanish municipalities that express and qualify.
They have already shown their interest to participate the following institutions: PROMALAGA, Palencia City Council, City of Cordoba, Barcelona Activa, Embark Madrid, Alicante, Valencia, etc.
The Oct. 3 will be the presentation and implementation of the network, in the general assembly held in Palma REDEL Activa (Palma de Mallorca).
Centers attached to the Network will offer their services to those entrepreneurs housed in other centers, with the possibility to use their facilities for the implementation of its business in that municipality project, thereby allowing to extend the territory of their activity.
In addition, Figure Partner Network for Enterprising people staying in these centers will be created.
It will encourage the implementation of projects at local entrepreneurs in the fields of other centers, can facilitate the creation of regional offices.
It will also serve as a platform for the internationalization of offering them greater strength.
It aims to improve and strengthen the supply of municipal centers that currently exist, as well as its quality and adaptation to the needs of these, with the implementation of Network project which allows cooperation between centers attached to promoting complementarity of the same program, expanding coverage, improving quality of services, sharing of good practice guidance, encourage Social Responsibility Entrepreneur.
The Network of Centres of Entrepreneurial support, adds value to the partner institutions, but beyond that it intends to launch strategic cooperation mechanisms among all referrals Centers Entrepreneurs, to allow it to compete with new markets in order to achieve business excellence, which alone can not.
It is therefore necessary to create channels that encourage partnerships between companies to grow.
The benefits are:

The union of entrepreneurs are encouraged to create value, is not always enough talent and individual capacity.
The requirements for membership in the National Network of Business Centres are:
Public entity located Facilities
Physical space for counseling and business location
Own technical staff or associate
Maintaining updated documentation customers.
