The Catholic University of Murcia has been admitted as a member of the European Federation of Science and Food Technology (EFFoST), an association that federates organizations related to this area of ​​knowledge.
According to notes from Murcia institution, this membership is a firm step in its commitment to internationalization, while it is a recognition for his research and advances in the field of science and food technology.
Significantly, the EFFoST is the European branch of the International Union of Science and Food Technology (IUFoST), which is also a member of the International Council for Science (ICSU), scientific organization of the UN.
On the possibilities it brings to the UCAM this addition, highlights the international scientific exchange, the development of joint projects, and the organization and / or participation in scientific events.
