The International Flamencology UCAM, a joint project of the UCAM and Foundation Cante de las Minas, this morning the Second Meeting of Haute Cuisine by Cantes Levante.
The gastronomic event, which will take place on 11 and 12 September at the Restaurante El vinegar maker (La Union), will bring together the best known chefs in the region, and will involve a symbiosis between culture, flamenco, and cuisine.
At the presentation ceremony involved the director of the Institute of Tourism, Mariola Martinez;
Deputy Mayor of the City of Union, and director Festival del Cante de las Minas, Julio Garcia;
Deputy Director of Science of Physical Activity and Sport (CAFD) UCAM, Juan Alfonso García;

Firo Vázquez and Mamen Pini.
The director of the Festival del Cante de las Minas, Julio Garcia, has detailed "is a milestone for us over the very best, with the help of the Catholic University and the best chefs in our region, is a step in combining gastronomy and flamenco, and all at research level, because it really authentic cuisine creators who care to investigate all Cantes Levante and synergies between singing and cooking. "

The Conference will be held at the Restaurante El vinegar maker (La Union).
Participation upon reservation will be granted until full capacity, it will be up to 45 people.
