The popular troubadour Pedro López, popularly known as the Cardoso, filed Tuesday in Murcia a book-disk memories, entitled A verse in each beat, the proceeds go to support Murcia children with cancer.
The event, which was chaired by the Councillor for Culture, Rafael Gómez, the authors spoke of the work, Tomás García Martínez and María Luján Ortega;
Official Chronicler of the Region of Murcia, José Antonio Melgares;
and the official chronicler of the city of Murcia, Antonio Botia Saus.
Pedro Lopez thanked the outstanding number of people who clothed him during the presentation of his work and, with emotion, gave attendees a few tenths.
These featured Murcia and other communities troubadours, the dean thereof, Uncle John Rita, as well as a broad representation of the bands, the auroras and other personalities from the world of culture, as the painter José María Falgas, author were Cover of the work.
The work of Tomás García and María Luján, respected researchers of local history, traditions, customs, and the rich and varied musical heritage in Murcia, offers the reader a fascinating journey through the life and work of Cardoso, including his biography and his beginnings as a troubadour in the hamlet of Sangonera la Verde, where he was born.
The book also covers other topics as the history of folk verse, guitarists and troubadours popular Orchard, from which includes a huge and numerous limericks and tenths of which, throughout his life, has been composing Pedro Lopez.
