In relation to the information published in various media about the possible inclusion of Real Murcia CF, SAD in the LFP, the National League declares:
1 The LFP is legally impossible to proceed to register the Real Murcia in the Sports Association.
In this regard, on August 7, 2014, the Disciplinary Judge of the National League passed a resolution that, among other penalties, beat Real Murcia demotion to be a repeat offender in the commission of serious offenses to the Bylaws.
These violations are referred to the maintenance of debts to the State Agency for Tax Administration exceeding 12 million euros.
2nd To date, the said judgment is enforceable in accordance with the provisions of Article 89 of the Bylaws of the LFP and has been further endorsed by the decision of the Administrative Tribunal of Sports, on the 8th of August.
3rd The National League has not received any official notification of any court order to proceed to enter the competition.
Notwithstanding all this, the eventual prosecution if promoted by Real Murcia CF, SAD is independent of the disciplinary procedure under which it has been relegated to that entity.
Therefore the current date this Major League reiterates that in any case the Real Murcia CF, SAD may be registered in this sports season.
