The Youth Council of the City of Murcia has three libress places to young people between 20 and 30 years participate in European Voluntary projects.
These are places to be filled urgently as the projects begin on September 1.
To participate you must be between 20 and 30 years and be registered in the town of Murcia.
No language is required but will be appreciated.
The European Voluntary covers travel expenses, insurance, accommodation, food and pocket money.
The projects are:
-VIDAILLAT (Region Limousin, France).
From 1 September 2014 to 1 March 2015. Environmental Volunteer in a rural setting.
In summer, the participant will have to support the organization in collaboration with site staff and disseminate their activities, participating in the life of the community and integrated into local life.
In autumn will have to participate in the campaign to collect apple product and handicraft production, performing tasks with the staff of the organization.
-Dudley (UK).
From September 1, 2014 to August 31, 2015. Volunteer community development in the city center.
The volunteer will work with local youth and create your own project and propose activities to develop the social involvement of the local community.
Also have the opportunity to share their experiences on the issue of unemployment in their country of origin and discuss and find solutions to this international problem.
-Athens (Greece).
From September 1, 2014 to July 30, 2015. Volunteer equine.
The volunteer will work with people with physical and mental disabilities to specialized support staff.
The center works using horses as therapy tool for people with disabilities, performing specific activities.
In addition, the volunteer will work in caring for horses.
Youth interested in participating in this experience may enroll in the Youth Service, located in Valcárcel Chronicler (Murcia).
The European Volunteering is an opportunity to learn a language and know the work of other organizations.
