The construction of the new school New Schools in El Palmar, going apace.
This morning I visited the work the Secretary General of the Ministry of Education, Manuel Marcos Sánchez;
Director General of Education Centres, María Dolores Valcárcel;
Councillor of Education of the City of Murcia, María Dolores Sánchez;
the President of the Municipal Board of the hamlet, Diego Lopez, and representatives of the management team and the New Schools AMPA CEIP.
The new center, which represents an investment by the Ministry of Education, Culture and Universities of 2,887,109.73 euros, which is scheduled for 2015-2016 course will have six units of Early Childhood Education and Elementary 12, allowing school to 346 students.
New Schools The new school will house a double line of schooling, that is, six units of 2nd cycle of Pre-school and Primary Education 12 units.
The new building has been designed to give priority to the maintenance economy, both in its overall structure and its construction, materials and facilities solutions.
The school is divided into three equipped with proper lighting and natural ventilation and excellent visual communication between all blocks prismatic blocks.
The first of these blocks contains spaces for kindergarten, while the second will be reserved for the Primary and General Administrative Services and the third contains the gymnasium, multipurpose classrooms, dining and auxiliary facilities.
The center will have two sports courts and a parking space for 22 people.
María Dolores Sánchez highlighted the good progress that carry the Works and satisfaction for the good work being done by the Ministry of Education.
It hopes that although the works have a lead time of 18 months, the company accelerate work and school can be completed in September 2015.
El Palmar has seven centers Education and Primary and two Secondary Schools.
Three of the seven colleges and Primary-CEIP Fuertes, CEIP Pintor Pedro Cano and CES San Vicente de Paul, are integrated into the bilingual education system launched by the Ministry of Education, Culture and Universities within the '+ Languages.' strategy
