Agents of the National Police have conducted a joint operation with local police in Murcia, Provincial Labour Inspectorate and Inspection Health Murcia, which has inspected 16 commercial establishments in the neighborhood of San Andrés, run by foreigners, with the alleged irregularities detected on labor exploitation of foreign nationals, sale of counterfeit clothes and in health.
The inspection is carried out after collating all the data obtained in previous research.
With the result of the same, on the 16th of July the 16 schools inspected simultaneously detecting irregularities such as the employment of foreign nationals lacking contract and labor guarantees all five of the establishments have been penalized for lack of permit opening, one of them wearing suspected counterfeit trademarks and some other, selling food items have been identified deficiencies in health, raising the minutes to initiate disciplinary proceedings as appropriate were sold.
In the same operation has been arrested a citizen of Senegal 63 years old, responsible for one of the establishments in which items such as sunglasses, handbags, sneakers and clothing allegedly sold counterfeit trademarks.
During the inspection have been seized multiple items, clothing and accessories of different known trademarks, allegedly falsified.
The operation was carried out by agents of the Provincial Brigade Aliens and Borders Police District San Andrés, the Police Headquarters of Murcia, in collaboration with the local police in Murcia, Labour Inspectors and Inspection Health Murcia.
