The city of Murcia in September will host the ninth state seminar participation of the European Network of combating poverty and social exclusion.
So it has informed the Gypsy Secretariat Foundation of Murcia Councilwoman Social Welfare and Health, María del Carmen Pelegrin, who at a meeting held this morning.
The seminar will take title as "Training for transformation: Citizens' Initiatives", and aims to contribute to people in situations of vulnerability, poverty and social exclusion participate as citizens, supporting their ability to understand, organize and redirect the difficulties and the problems they face.
The theme of the seminar is to address generates the strategies that are being implemented both on an individual level as a citizen to address the crisis and welfare cuts.
